Bail Bonds for Rio Vista

Rio Vista is a beautiful place to live, work and visit. Sometimes, though, a friend or family member can find themselves in a situation that ends with a trip to jail. With the help of a trusted bail bondsman, your loved one can spend as little time behind bars as possible.

If you contact us as soon as you learn of your loved one’s arrest, we can get the paperwork started while you are on the phone. Once bail is set, we can finish the paperwork for a bond and go directly to the jail or court house to post bail. It could be a few hours before they are released from the jail, so please be patient.

Tonya Page Bail Bonds is a team of licensed, professional bondsmen ready to help you through the distressing situation you find yourself in. We know how overwhelming the bail bond process can be, and that is why we make ourselves available to answer your questions 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.  Paperwork can be completed by phone, fax, or email or a bondsman will meet you at a location that’s convenient for you.

When you call us at 1-877-861-3761, a bondsman will be here to walk you through the process for bail bonds in Rio Vista.

Cost and Payment Options

The bail bond fee, called a premium, is set by the California Department of Insurance. It is equal to 10% of the total bail amount. For example, if bail is set at $10,000, then you will pay a bail bond premium of $1,000 to a bondsman.

We know that paying a large sum of money isn’t always easy. That is why we accept payment with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card. We often offer no-collateral bail bonds, and in many cases we can make a payment plan for those who need one. There are no additional fees for a payment plan.

The Department protects the 8,500 residents as well as thousands of visitors to the area each year. The Rio Vista PD is a small force, with just ten full-time officers, two reserve officers, a community service officer, a records technician and eight volunteers under the command of Chief William Bowen.

The officers are trained to handle all of the tasks that larger departments perform without the benefit of special units or divisions. They perform criminal investigations as well as traffic investigations. They handle many of the emergency and non-emergency calls from residents. The officers of the RVPD work hard to keep their city and residents safe.

If your loved one has been arrested in Rio Vista, they will be taken to the Solano County Jail for booking. This will include fingerprinting, photographs (mug shots), background check and warrant search. This process could take several hours, depending on how busy the jail staff is when your loved one is brought in. After booking, a bail amount will be set.

This is a very trying time for you. We will work hard to make sure the process goes as smoothly as possible. We are ready for your call at any time of the day or night when you call 1-877-861-3761.
