Process & Cost

Once you learn of your loved one or your friend’s arrest you will want to call to speak to our professional, friendly bondsman.  We will need to collect some basic information about the defendant at that time. We’ll need to know their full legal name, the amount of their bail, how long they’ve been detained, a list of charges, their current address and employer, and their date of birth. It’s helpful to have this information, but we can work with what you have.

The necessary paperwork can be taken care of in person, over the phone, by fax or email. We can even meet you at your home or work, or at the facility.

In California, the cost of a bail bond, the bail bond premium, is set by the Department of Insurance. It is equal to 10% of the total bail amount.  For example, if bail is set at $10,000, then you will pay a bail bondsman $1,000 for the bail bond premium.

At Tonya Page Bail Bonds, we know that paying a large sum of money at a moment’s notice isn’t easy for most people. That’s why we accept payment with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card as an added convenience.

In many cases, we offer no-collateral bail bonds and can work out payment plans for those who need them. There are never additional fees or taxes with a bail bond.

We know that the bail bond process can be very overwhelming for anyone that doesn’t work with it everyday. Our team has the knowledge and expertise you need to get through it quickly and easily. We are a trusted and reliable bail bond resource and have been in business for many years.

When you call us at 1-877-861-3761, we will be ready to help. We can post bail in Solano County 24-hours a day so that you’re loved one can spend as little time in jail as possible.
