The Bail Bonds Process

When you call Tonya Page Bail Bonds, a bondsman will conduct a brief phone consultation and collect some basic information about the current situation your friend or loved one is in. This helps us to determine the risk factors involved with the bond.

The questions we ask are regarding the nature of the charges, when and where the defendant was arrested, how long you’ve known the defendant, are you both employed, are you both home owners, and how long you’ve been with your current place of employment.

This consultation will only take a few minutes. Additionally, we will kindly answer all questions that you have about the bail bonds process and make sure that you understand the responsibility of bailing someone out of jail.

After you’ve made your decision to move forward with the bail bond, we can fax or email you the simple bail bond documents that will need to be signed and returned to us. These are a receipt, bail bond application, and Indemnity Agreement. If you choose, we can also meet you at a location of your choice whether it is your home, office or the Santa Clara County jail in which your friend or loved one is in custody. It’s up to you.

Tonya Page Bail Bonds can be reached 24 hours a day, 365 days a year at our toll free number: 1-877-861-3761 for any of your Santa Clara bail bond needs.

You can also reach us locally at 650-227-3134.
