The Bail Bond Process

During the bail bonds process Important information such as the arrestees’ full name, their date-of-birth, social security number, when they were arrested, who they were arrested by and the amount of the bail are all helpful to have readily available, but not always necessary to provide you with San Jose bail information.

When you contact us, a licensed California bondsman will ask a few quick questions, like those stated above, to get the bail process started and to approve your bail bond.

Once the bond has been approved, the necessary forms will need to be signed. Both the bail bond application and contract are two very simple and easy to understand documents. The Bail Bond Agreement serves as both an application and as the contract.

The indemnitor is the person signing the contract or “co-signer,” (the one responsible for paying the fee and assumes further responsibility of getting the defendant to court, speak to a licensed bail bondsman to get the full detail) and the bail agency (in this case, Tonya Page Bail Bonds) will confirm to the court that the defendant will not miss any of their scheduled court appearances.

In addition, for a convenient and a more relaxed option, we can meet you at your home, office or directly at a San Jose jail facility with paperwork ready to quickly handle the bail bonds process. Our other option for fast processing is offering you to complete the bail bonds documents by email or fax.
