Bail Process and Release

When you call to speak with a bondsman, it is helpful but not necessary for us to have important information such as the defendant’s name, their date of birth and when they were arrested.

Our company can get started quickly with the bail bond approval process in just a few minutes over the phone. All you need is a fax or email to receive the paperwork. We can also meet with you at your home or the jail if that is more convenient for you.

Bail Fees

In California, the legally mandated bail bond fee is 10%. For example, if your friends bail amount is $20,000, you would pay $2,000 to have the bond posted. There are never any additional finance charges, taxes or fees. We always accept all major credit cards and most often, we won’t need any collateral. You may find our FAQ’s about bail bonds helpful to you.
