No Collateral Bail Bonds
Let’s first define collateral. Collateral is a material possession that has some kind of value and is used to a secure a debt. In some cases, a bail bond company will require collateral in order to proceed; just in case the defendant does not show up for their scheduled court date. In most cases, if you are putting up collateral with high value, the defendant will show up. Once the scheduled court appearances are complete, the collateral is returned.
Tonya Page Bail Bonds, in most cases, does not generally require collateral. We offer “signature bonds” most frequently, which means if you have good credit, are stable in the community, and the nature of your crime isn’t severe, you would be able to use this. There are exceptions to this rule however, so if you have any questions, or would like to learn more about our no collateral bail process, please give us a call.
