Bail Bond Fees

Bail bonds work according to the criminal charges. Bail amounts are set by judges of  San Mateo County on an annual basis. If your family member or friend’s bail amount has been set, for example, at $20,000, you would pay $2,000 (10%) in exchange for the services of the bail bonds company and the bail bond. This fee is regulated by the California Department of Insurance and cannot be negotiated or returned.

Tonya Page Bail Bonds never charges for any additional financing, taxes or fees. Typically, if another bail bond company is doing so, it is illegal and we recommend you seek a different company. We accept all major credit cards and, most often, we often won’t need any collateral. We offer creative financial solutions and have several bail bond payment options.

If you’d like to get answers to your bail bond questions or would like to start a bond for San Mateo, don’t hesitate any further. Give us a call at 1-877-861-3761.
