The Sunset District runs from Hutchins Street to the northern, western and southern city limits. It is under the command of Lt. Tod Patterson, Sgt. Dale Miller, and Sgt. Steve Nelson.

The Heritage District runs from Hutchins Street to the northern, eastern and southern city limits, excluding the area of the Central District. It is under the command of Lt. Steve Price and Sgt. David Griffin.

The Central District encompasses the area enclosed by Hutchins Street, Elm Street, Vine Street and Cherokee Lane. It is under the command of Sgt. Fernando Martinez and Sgt. Mike Oden.

Anyone arrested in Lodi will likely be taken to the Lodi City Jail. This is a Type I facility, defined as a local detention center of persons for no more than 96 hours, excluding holidays, after booking. Here, they will go through the booking process, consisting of fingerprinting, photographs, and a property record for their possessions at time of arrest, a medical screening and background check.

This could take several hours, depending on how busy the jail staff is at the time. However, we can get the bail process started right away.

A Reliable Bail Bondsman

Once the bail has been set, you will want to get to work right away so that your loved one can be released as soon as possible. Getting released from jail as quickly as possible will allow the defendant to continue with their normal daily lives, and consult with an attorney regarding their case.

The cost of a bail bond is equal to 10% of the total bail amount. So, if the bail is $15,000, then you will pay $1,500. We will accept payment with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. In many cases we can make a payment plan and offer a no-collateral bail bond.

After all of the necessary papers are signed and the bail bond fee is paid, we will go to the jail and post bail for your loved one.

We know that the bail bonds process can be overwhelming. When you call us at 1-877-861-3761, a licensed bondsman will answer all of your questions about bail bonds in Lodi.
