The Story

Fidel Urbina is wanted for crimes committed in Chicago, Illinois. 

In March of 1998 Fidel Urbina allgedly beat and raped a woman.  Later, in October of 1998 while out on bond he allegedly beat, raped, and strangled another woman to death.  Her body was found in the trunk of a burned vehicle.
