During your initial consultation, we will need to gather some basic information, such as the defendant’s full legal name, birth date, address and employment information, list of charges and bail amount. We will explain your responsibilities as a cosigner of a bond. By signing you are ensuring the defendant returns for all court appearances.
Once the paperwork is complete and signed, the fee for the bail bond will need to be paid. The cost of a bail bond is 10 percent.
