When you get the call from a loved one asking for your help in getting them out of jail, contact the licensed bondsman team of Tonya Page Bail Bonds. We will be able to answer all of your questions about the bail bond process and walk you through it from start to finish.

During your initial consultation, we will need to gather some basic information, such as the defendant’s full legal name, birth date, address and employment information, list of charges and bail amount. We will explain your responsibilities as a cosigner of a bond.  By signing you are ensuring the defendant returns for all court appearances.

Once the paperwork is complete and signed, the fee for the bail bond will need to be paid. The cost of a bail bond is 10 percent. So, if your loved one’s bail is $10,000 then you will pay the bondsman $1,000. We accept payments made by credit card. We will also try to make a payment plan for those who qualify. The bail bond fee is not negotiable and non-refundable.

When payment has been received, we will go to the jail and post the bail bond. Within a few hours, they will be released from the jail. We cannot give an exact time for their release because each situation is unique. Bail can be posted at the Placer County Jail 24-hours a day.
