Fast Bail Bonds Help

When you call, a bondsman can explain how the bond process works so that you completely understand. The bond approval process can be done over the phone by asking you a few questions about yourself and the defendant. I want to make sure that the defendant will return to court and address the charges, for the bail company’s protection as well as for yours, as the bail contract signer.

If you are unsure of the charges and bail amount, no worry; I am here to make that call to the jailer for you. It can take some time for the Newport Beach Police Department to provide full information. Generally, they must first complete the arrest and booking process. Based on the information that you provide to me and my experience, I can often help fill in the blanks and give you an idea of the bail amount while the police department completes their processing.

After information has been gathered and your bail bond is approved, there are generally two simple documents to sign: a bail bond application required by the California Department of Insurance and the bail bond contract. The bail bond payment can be made by credit card and then the bail bond paperwork can be processed by email or fax. This offers the quickest release  time which is usually my client’s biggest consideration. If you prefer, a bail bondsman can meet you at the jail to complete the process.

The Newport Beach bail bonds system may seem cumbersome or confusing. As a professional bail bondsman, I can usually get you from first phone call to filing the bail bond with the Newport Beach jail in less than an hour.

After booking and processing at the Newport Beach Police Department, Newport Beach arrestees may be bailed out 24 hours a day. When a detainee is not bailed out or released from jail promptly they may be transferred to the Orange County jail in Santa Ana. Transfer means that the arrestee must be processed out of Newport Beach and into the county jail. In Orange County, this can be a time consuming process. So, while I offer Orange County jail bail bonds, I always recommend bailing out of Newport Beach when possible in order to reduce the amount of time spent in jail.
