When someone is arrested in Fullerton, they will be transported to the main Orange County Central Jail facility, located in Santa Ana. Depending upon how busy the jail is at the time of booking, it can take anywhere from 4 to 6 hours for the arrestees’ bail information to be posted to the general public. However, if you call us immediately, we can help to expedite the process and get you all the information you need to make decisions about posting bonds.
Once the defendant is completely booked into the system, they will be allowed to make a phone call prior to being placed in their holding cell. All calls will be continuously monitored by jail staff. Unfortunately, incoming calls to inmates are never accepted.
