Brea Bail Bondsman

Yorba Linda and Brea Bail Bonds

You are likely reading this webpage because you need a Yorba Linda or a Brea bail bondsman. If you are like most people I talk to, you have never needed bail bond information before and never expected to have a friend or family member who needed to be bailed out of jail. I am here to help.

You may call me for Brea bail bonds information or service 24 hours a day at 1-877-861-3761 or locally at 714-262-4493.

Brea Police Department and Jail

Brea Police Department Jail
1 Civic Center Circle
Brea, CA 92821

The Brea Police Department services the cities of Brea and Yorba Linda. While there is a satellite office in Yorba Linda, arrestees in this area are taken to the Brea Police Department. When visiting, public access to the police station is located on the ground level.

It is important to know that parts of Brea and Yorba Linda are included in Orange County’s unincorporated area. Those areas are under the jurisdiction of the Sheriff’s Department. Thus, someone arrested in Brea or Yorba Linda may be taken to the Orange County Jail in Santa Ana. I offer Santa Ana bail bond as well as Brea bail bonds.

After booking and processing at the Brea Police Department, detainees who are not bailed out quickly or otherwise released from jail may be transferred to the Orange County jail if space is needed at the Brea jail.

Whenever possible, bail bonds should be processed at the smaller Brea jail because the release time is much faster than at the county detention center in Santa Ana. The Santa Ana jail is a large and busy facility and release may take more than 12 hours.  To expedite the bail bond process, please call me at 1-877-861-3761.

The Bail Process

The Brea bail bond process can sometimes be confusing and it is my job to make it as easy as possible for you and your loved one. When you call, I will answer any questions that you have and I will ask you questions about the defendant and yourself and get you through the approval process over the phone quickly. The questions I ask will help me to assess the defendant’s likelihood to return to court to address the charges. Confidentiality, respect and integrity are my core values.

In most cases, there are two simple bail bond documents to sign. When payment is being made by credit card, I usually process the paperwork by email and fax. If you prefer, an agent can meet you at the jail.

There is a lot of information on this site. If you prefer to talk directly with a licensed Brea bail bondsman about your circumstances, please call me at 1-877-861-3761 or at 714-262-4493.
