Orange County Jail Information

When someone is arrested, they are taken to a jail in the jurisdiction of arrest. Generally, this will be a smaller, local jail, such as the Anaheim Police Department. Once the individual has been booked and processed you can arrange for bail. If the detainee is in a smaller jail like the Orange County jail, they can be processed rather quickly. This process could take a few hours, and then you can post a bail bond to get the individual released from jail as soon as possible.

Bail amounts are set according to the charges and are known as the Orange County’s “Bail Schedule”. The bail schedule is established pursuant to the Uniform Bail Procedures Committee and approved by the judges of the Superior Court of California, County of Orange.

If you know the name of the detainee, you may search for the Orange County inmate, including jail and bail bond information.

Often, the smaller jails generally will not hold a detainee for long. Instead, the individual may be transferred to the Central Jail Complex in Santa Ana or the Musick Jail in Irvine. A transfer results in additional processing, both out of the local jail and into County Jail. Again, after processing, the detainee may be bailed out of jail.

Because the Orange County Jails are larger, they require much longer to release detainees than the counties smaller jails. As a professional bail bondsman, I will do my part to expedite the bail process, but size of the jail and public safety dictate the jail staff’s time.

My best advice is to get the bail process started as quickly as possible. If the person you want to bail out is at a smaller Orange County jail, please call Tonya Page Bail Bonds to move things forward. At times, if the jail knows bail is being arranged quickly, they will hold the arrestee at the smaller facility.

Please call Tonya Page Bail Bonds to talk directly with a licensed bail bondsman. I can provide Orange County bail information and bail service 24 hours a day, even on weekends and holidays: 1-877-861-3761.
