Inmate Services & Visitation

Medical and psychological services are available for inmate’s 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.

Inmates are permitted one thirty-minute visitation each day. Inmates are responsible for scheduling their own visits 24-hours in advance and notifying visitors of the correct date and time to visit. Walk-in visitors are not allowed.

Visiting hours start at 9 a.m. on weekdays and end at 9 p.m. On weekends, visitation starts at 9 a.m. and ends at 5:45 p.m. It is recommended that you arrive for visitation 15 minutes early for the visiting procedure process.

To provide money for an inmate’s commissary use, you can pay with credit card online at www.JPAY.com or over the phone at 1-800-574-5729 (JPAY). A cash deposit can be made in the JPAY kiosk inside the jail lobby. Cashier’s checks and money orders may be made out to the inmate and mailed to the jail.

Inmates are permitted to have softcover books but they must be sent directly from the publisher or book store. No more than 5 books are allowed at one time.

Inmates can receive emails through www.JPAY.com. Messages will be screened before delivery daily. Pre-paid phone accounts can be set up through Global Tel Link, either at www.GTL.net or 1-866-230-7761.

Inmates are allowed unlimited mail while they are incarcerated. Mail will be opened and searched for contraband, cash and money orders before being delivered to the inmate.

Inmates are given access to telephones which they can use to make outgoing phone calls. Calls will be made collect or through prepaid calling cards. Jail staff will not take telephone messages for inmates.

Bail will be accepted 24-hours a day. It can be posted with cash, a postal or bank money order made out to the clerk of court, a surety bond issued by a California- based company, or with a cash advance bail using GovPay. Personal checks are not accepted.
