The Bail Bond Process

Those arrested and taken to the Metro Center Jail will be taken there for the booking and processing segment. Once you’ve learned they are being held in custody there, your next step is to contact a bail bondsman immediately. Time is of essence.

Tonya Page Bail Bonds will be able to help you begin the bail bonds process immediately. To help the process hurry along, please try to provide the following information:

  • Inmates full legal name
  • Who arrested them
  • Where they are being held
  • Why they were arrested or what they are being charged with
  • Inmates social security number
  • Inmates past criminal convictions

All of this information is confidential and will not be shared under any circumstances. This information will help to determine what we can do for you and in the best suitable manner.

Again, we will be able to answer any questions you may have. A licensed bondsman will make sure that you understand the bail bond process and your responsibilities should you choose to bail someone out of jail.

Once the bail bond is approved, there are basically two bail bond documents for the indemnitor to sign. Most of my clients choose to use email and fax to process the bond paperwork. Alternatively, I can meet you at your home, office or the jail itself.

Payment may be made by credit card or cash. If you qualify, I can set up a payment plan with no financing charges. I can complete the bail process in Los Angeles in less than an hour.
