Arrest and Booking Process

When someone is arrested by the Bell Police Department, they are taken in for booking and processing, usually at the local police station. Once that has been completed, they will either be held in a local jail facility, or if being charged with a misdemeanor, they may be let go with a citation. In the event that they are kept in a jail facility, this is where a bail bondsman comes into play.

Securing the fastest and safest release from jail is something Tonya Page Bail Bonds strives to do. The booking process can take several hours and sometimes, if in a large jail facility, it could take approximately 12 hours. Once you’ve been notified of your friend or loved one being placed in jail, it’s important to get started on the bail bond process immediately to avoid transfers or unnecessary time spent in a facility.
