Bail Bonds for Colusa County
Bail Bond Process
When you call Tonya Page Bail Bonds for a free consultation about bail bonds in Colusa County, a professional bondsman will ask you for some basic information about the defendant such as full legal name, birth date, address, employment information, bail amount and list of charges. We can help you even if you even if you don’t not know all of this information.
The paperwork for a bail bond is simple and can be completed by phone, fax or email, and in person. We will meet with you at whatever location is the most convenient for you, such as your home or office, or at the jail.
Paying for a bail bond is easy. We accept all major credit cards for quick processing. Financing options are available for those who qualify. Collateral is not required in most cases to secure a bond.
The cost of a bail bond is 10 percent of the bail amount. For example, if a defendant’s bail is $20,000 then the fee for that bail bond is $2,000. This amount cannot be negotiated and is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the case.
