Do You Need Collateral for a Bail Bond?First, let's define collateral. Collateral is an object that entails some kind of value and is used to a secure a debt. In some cases, a bail bond company will require collateral in order to proceed, just in case the defendant does not show up in court. In most cases, if you are putting up collateral with high value, the defendant will show up. Once the scheduled court appearances are complete, the collateral is returned.
Tonya Page Bail Bonds, in most cases, does not generally require collateral. We offer "signature bonds" most frequently, which means you have good credit, be stable in the community, and the nature of your crime isn't severe. There are exceptions to this rule however, so if you have any questions, or would like to learn more about our no collateral bail process, please give us a call.
We have a bondsman available for the Perris Sheriff Station 24x7, give us a call today at 1-877-861-3761 or 1-877-861-3761.
