In Alhambra, the Police Department operates the Alhambra City Jail and the detainee will be brought there. Visiting hours are from 10 am to 5 p.m., seven days a week. The Alhambra City Jail houses federal prisoners, INS detainees and municipal arrestees. Should for any reason, the arrestee be transferred from the Alhambra jail, they will be brought to the Twin Towers / Men’s Central Jail location in Los Angeles, (Men’s Central Jail) or, if a women, she will be transported to Lynwood Jail.
