Laguna Beach arrestees may be bailed out 24 hours a day after booking and processing. When the detainee not bailed out quickly, they may be transferred to the Orange County jail in Santa Ana.  Because the Orange County jail is so large, a transfer to Santa Ana can add from 12 to 24 hours to the time spent in jail.

Visiting Information

Should you choose to visit an inmate, it be aware of the jails guidelines and rules: 

• The general public may only visit during regular visiting hours.
• Visiting groups must be a limited size only.
• Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• All persons must have current photo ID.
• Visits may be limited to 30 minutes.
