Blythe Jail Visiting Information
If you are planning a visit to an inmate at the Blythe Jail, you will need to carefully follow the facilities’ visitation instructions as there are strict guidelines to adhere to. Two visits per week of approximately 45 minutes will be allowed by two adults and 2 children. Jail staff will search all visitors and check for proper photo identification, so it is best to be prepared.
- Inmates are allowed a maximum of two visits per week. Each visit is approximately 45 minutes.
- You must present acceptable picture identification which includes all forms of government identification cards.
- Everyone is subject to a search of their person and belongings by correctional staff and are subject to warrant checks and arrest.
- You must be 18 years or older to visit. If you are under 18 must you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. You will only be allowed to visit with the inmate you are signed up to visit. You may not change or trade inmates with another visitor.
- Never is any alcohol, illegal drugs, weapons, tear gas, pepper spray (OC dispensers), cameras, or knives allowed.
- You will be subject to arrest if you bring illegal contraband into the visiting area.
- No smoking, food or drink is allowed in any part of the jail.
- All visitors must dress in appropriate attire.
- Visitors committing criminal acts anywhere on jail property is subject to arrest.
- Any violation of the above rules by a visitor may subject them to loss of privileges.
